A virtual career fair is an online event where your recruiters will meet our job seekers using chat rooms and teleconferencing. You will have the ability to collect resumes, meet students, and conduct live interviews.
The BEYA Virtual Career Fair will allow employers to create their own booth on the career fair with the help of a project manager. We will organize students on campuses across the country from leading minority institutions to register for the career fair and upload their resumes. Employers will have access to the database of resumes prior to the live event and schedule job seekers for interviews. Job seekers will log into the virtual career fair between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST on Wednesday, March 20, 2019. Access to the resume database will be available for 30 days following the date of the live event.
