Why participate in the BEYA Virtual Career Fair?

How it Works

After logging in and joining the event, you will be asked to upload your resume. Next, you will choose which employers to engage in a one-on-one chat with a representative (similar to choosing which booth to visit in a physical career fair). Please be prepared to provide highlights of your resume, your career interests, and to ask questions about the company. Following each interview, you can select additional employers to engage with until the career fair is over.
